Co-designing

When we co-design we work together on things that will make a difference to us – a big issue or opportunity.  Co-design processes go beyond consultation to collaboration.  Here the ‘experts’ are the users and stakeholders.  They bring their insights and experience to the design process and work with the professionals to achieve more responsive and relevant solutions and outcomes.  

 We have a range of processes to get people working together. When the outcome sought is a  preferred future, master plan or service model, we use the compelling ‘Enquiry-by-Design’ process where designers and researchers collaborate with users and stakeholders in an iterative process. Together they share insights, creatively explore responses, develop scenarios and test ideas. It’s engaging and it works! 

The key is being able to help people find common ground and purpose – moving them from uncertainty to purpose.  As skilled and experienced process designers and facilitators, the noagroup’s approaches get people working together positively and productively.
