PROJECT: A ‘Tailor Made’ service model

The quote sums up the approaches of not just the BlueCare organisation in responding to consumer directed care but in the processes we used to develop their service model response. BlueCare recognised that the aged care system was difficult to navigate and needed to be more consumer-responsive. They wanted new ways of delivering services that achieved a more integrated approach. 

Noagroup developed a series of tailor made processes to engage Bluecare Queensland’s whole system throughout four major Queensland catchments utilising a co-design approach.

The end result? A new service model which shaped and influenced the Bluecare’s response to consumer needs and wants, facilitated with a new tailor made look and feel.
