Advanced facilitation 

We’re dedicated to developing facilitation skills that help groups move from uncertainty to purpose. Each year we run a one-day Advanced Facilitation Program for facilitators who are ready to advance to the next level.

The program involves exploring the role that facilitation plays in the 21st century. Differentiation and integration theory; managing self and making friends with anxiety, tensions and conflict; whole system mapping, influence and engagement; process design and delivery.

Each participant also receives a copy of our book ‘Search: A handbook on change for community leaders’.
